God is extravagantly generous toward us and His love compels us to be generous. True generosity does not come from our excess but from a sacrificial heart. It is not in equal giving, but in equal sacrifice. We see that kind of giving in Luke 21:1-4 when the poor widow gave all that she had and this type of giving excites the heart of God.
